What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message text you submit.
- Cookie preference: a value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. No analytics cookies are used.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps at your initiative (PDPA lawful basis: contractual steps / legitimate interest in answering business inquiries). Consent preference is stored to honour your choice about the banner.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal claims or tax records. Consent preference persists until you clear site data in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include our email and hosting providers bound by confidentiality. Data is not transferred outside Thailand unless you ask us to communicate via tools that store data abroad — we will flag that when relevant.
Your rights

Security
Inquiries are submitted over HTTPS to our same-domain API (/api/inquiry). Technical and organisational measures are proportionate to the data we hold.
